Ashirwad Majas Madhu Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. was formed in 1985, in lieu of AirMates Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. Promoted by Mr. R.Y. Pradhan, Mr. V. Chandrasekharan & Mr. K.K. Rao. Mr. R.Y.Pradhan, Mr. V. Chandrasekharan, Mr. K.K. Rao, Mr. K.D.Sharma, Mr. V.Krishnan, Mr. F.B.Singh & Mr. V. Dandapani were the founder members of Ashirwad Majas Madhu CHSL. The keys to the society were handed over by "Dholakia Builders" in the last week of January 1990.
